Kia Ora!
I'm Rachel, I'm and artist from New Zealand Specialising in coloured pencil drawings. I've always loved capturing the life and expression in people and animals, so my work is a pairing of those two things.

I started taking on commissions through friends and family since as young as 15, from there I began getting orders from their friends and family and so on! My artistic business has grown exponentially since then! Now I'm a full time artist doing what I love and I couldn't be happier!

I'm very lucky to have a supportive family who are always behind me in my artistic pursuits. I couldn't be where I am without their constant support!
At the moment I am loving the idea of creating fun animals with quirky humaneque personalities, like my chic girl 'Millennial Meow' just over to the right!
I'm also a big fan of TV and film so I have another series of collage drawings celebrating some of the most iconic creators like the beloved 'Robin Williams' and love the idea of memorialising as many of their best roles as I can physically fit on a piece of paper.
I'm looking to continue this series so I am always open to suggestions!
